Experienced Medical receptionist– Wellness & Aesthetic Practice
POSH Body Wellness is seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional patient care coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about health, wellness, patient care, and providing an exceptional patient experience in a boutique, upscale wellness setting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical spa, wellness clinic, chiropractic office, functional medicine practice, or related healthcare setting.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Support providers with patient care and treatment preparation.
- Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage patient communication.
- Assist with daily clinic operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment.
- Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish.
