Job Summary
This is an entry-level position where prior experience is not required; plenty of on-the-job training will be provided. Must have fine motor skills for handling wires and light-weight cables and the ability to work quickly and accurately with good work ethic, attendance, and collaboration skills. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate wire cutting machines, ensuring proper alignment and calibration for each job.
- Monitor machine operation throughout the production run, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Inspect inventoried wires for defects, ensuring they meet specific standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime.
