Pest Control Technician

As a Pest Control Technician with Tide Pest, you will play a vital role in our customer focused team by inspecting and treating customer's homes. Your Role in Action:
- Inspect Homes Thoroughly: Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties to identify potential pest issues and entry points.
- Apply Pest Control Solutions: Use pesticides, baits, traps, and other methods safely and effectively, tailored to each service and customer need.
- Document Your Work: Complete post-service documentation with details on services provided, products used, and any additional notes. Monitor and record pest activity, treatment effectiveness, and follow-up requirements.
- Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines, product labels, and state regulations to ensure safe and compliant pest control practices.
- Manage Inventory: Maintain a sufficient stock of pest control products and equipment, ensuring proper storage and handling.
- Operate Equipment and Vehicles: Keep pest control equipment and vehicles in good working order and operate them effectively.
- Address Customer Needs: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure a clean and organized work environment, including vehicles, equipment, and workspaces.
- Report Issues: Quickly report any safety hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to management.
What You Bring to the Table
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record and at least 3 years driving experience.
- Ready to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit for the job, including lifting, bending, and working in different environments.
- Experience in pest control or something similar is a plus!
Base Pay:
- Starting Out (No Pest Experience): $18 per hour
- Got 1-2 Years of Pest Experience? $20 per hour
- A Pest Pro with 3+ Years? $22 per hour
Extra Earning Opportunities:
- KPI Bonus: Score extra cash based on your performance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Pest control: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Certified Operator License from Alabama Dept ofAgriculure (Preferred)
- Registration with the Alabama Dept of Agriculture (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Huntsville , AL (Required)
