The Field Service Support Engineer (FSE) is a hybrid role within the Parcel Services team, combining hands-on field service support with technical subject matter expertise based out of the Marietta, GA headquarters. This role is responsible for ensuring high system uptime, customer satisfaction, and technical excellence across Vanderlande's installed parcel systems.
Essential Functions:
The role is split between:
Field Operations (50%) - preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance support, including supervision of small projects and customer launch activities.
Technical Support & SME Functions (50%) - advanced troubleshooting, escalation support, technical training, and subject matter expertise.
This position requires a highly skilled electro-mechanical professional with strong troubleshooting capabilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications & Experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Travel Requirements
Travel up to 50% across North America is required, including short-notice assignments and customer site support. Between assignments, the role will be based out of Vanderlande's North America headquarters in Marietta, GA.
