Roofing Operations Coordinator
Salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year
SK Quality Roofing is looking for a highly organized, dependable Operations Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day flow of our roofing projects.
This is a hands-on operations position for someone who is great at organization, communication, scheduling, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Schedule roofing projects and coordinate upcoming jobs
- Order roofing materials and verify material orders are accurate
- Coordinate material deliveries with suppliers
- Schedule subcontractor crews
- Communicate job schedules and changes with crews
- Verify projects are ready to begin before scheduling
- Coordinate dumpster/dump truck needs
- Track project progress from scheduling through completion
- Communicate with homeowners regarding scheduling and project updates
- Coordinate inspections and project-related appointments
- Work closely with our sales, permitting, accounting, and field teams
- Identify scheduling or material issues before they delay a project
- Keep project information and schedules updated in company systems
- Follow up on outstanding items needed to complete projects
- Help ensure jobs are completed efficiently and customers stay informed
What We're Looking For
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time
- Able to make decisions and solve problems quickly
- Comfortable communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, homeowners, and internal team members
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment where schedules can change
- Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Construction, roofing, scheduling, logistics, or operations experience is preferred
Compensation
$50,000–$65,000 salary, depending on experience.
About the Role
This is not a traditional desk-only administrative position. You will be directly involved in coordinating the moving pieces required to get roofing projects completed successfully.
We are looking for someone who enjoys creating organization out of chaos, staying ahead of problems, and making sure everyone involved in a project knows what is happening next.
There is significant opportunity to grow with the company and take on additional operational responsibility based on performance.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
