MetroWest Acura, Hyundai and Genesis of Framingham is looking for a candidate to join our team to assist with general office duties.
*This position can be either part time or full time. Must be able to work mornings.*
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Sort and categorize documents for easy retrieval
- Create and update databases to track file locations and information
- Perform data entry tasks to input and update file records
- Assist with order entry and administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure files are stored in a secure and organized manner
- Retrieve files upon request and deliver to appropriate personnel
- Assist with file audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a File Clerk or similar role
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with databases and file management systems
- Proficient in data entry and basic computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
-At least 18 years of age to pass pre-employment background check
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
