Position: Crew Member – Mid Shift
We're looking for dependable, energetic team members to join our mid-shift crew. Mid-shift employees help bridge the gap between the busy morning rush and the evening team, keeping the restaurant running efficiently throughout the day. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, staying busy, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient guest service
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food according to Dunkin' standards
- Operate the front counter and drive-thru with speed and accuracy
- Restock products and maintain organized workstations
- Assist with preparing the restaurant for the afternoon and evening
- Complete cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Work as part of a team to maintain speed, accuracy, and exceptional guest service
- Assist wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly
Requirements
- Weekend availability is required
- Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-focused
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
Shift Availability
- Mid shifts typically begin between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM and end between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Flexible scheduling offered
