Job Summary
Blue Dog Beverage is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will assist with customer communications, order processing, sales support, and administrative tasks while having the opportunity to develop skills in marketing, social media, and digital content creation.
What You’ll Do
Customer Service & Order Support
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and texts from customers
- Enter and review customer orders for accuracy
- Contact customers to confirm upcoming deliveries and obtain orders
- Assist customers with product questions, account setup, and general support
- Build positive relationships with customers through friendly and professional communication
- Recommend substitute products and assist with order changes when needed
- Support accounts receivable follow-ups when necessary
Sales Support
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Learn our product line and assist customers with recommendations
- Coordinate delivery details and communicate special requests to drivers and warehouse staff
Marketing & Social Media Support
- Assist with customer email updates, promotions, and product announcements
- Help maintain website and product listings
- Support social media posting and content updates
- Assist with organizing promotional materials and marketing projects
Administrative & Office Support
- Maintain accurate customer profiles and pricing information
- Keep internal systems updated
- Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks
- Support team projects and management as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required (2+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn marketing, social media, and internal software systems
- Reliable
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- CRM, delivery software, or order entry experience
- Detail-oriented individual with personal or professional experience in digital content creation or visual arts, strong computer skills, and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
Preferred but Not Required
- Experience with social media or marketing
- WordPress or website maintenance experience
- Adobe Photoshop experience
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
