Your mission isn’t selling roofs – it’s building relationships, creating opportunities, and connecting homeowners with a free professional roof inspection that could protect one of their biggest investments.

What You’ll Do
- Canvass residential neighborhoods in assigned territories
- Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations
- Generate qualified inspection appointments for our sales team
- Educate homeowners on storm damage, aging roofs, and preventative inspections
- Represent the Van Martin Roofing brand with professionalism and integrity
- Track activity using company app
- Work outdoors while staying active instead of sitting behind a desk
Important: This is not a roofing sales position. You are responsible for generating qualified appointments – not selling roofing projects.
Compensation
- $18-$20 per hour (based on experience)
- Uncapped commission
- Weekly earning potential that rewards performance
