Who We're Looking For
To be considered, you must meet the following non-negotiables:

Active Arkansas Personal Lines (P&C) License (required)

Minimum 1 year of Personal Lines / P&C insurance sales experience (required)

Proven ability to close business and hit sales goals

Confident communicator with strong phone and relationship-building skills

Coachable, competitive, and driven to earn more through performance

Dependable work history and strong integrity
This role is for licensed producers only. We are looking for someone who can start selling immediately.
Compensation & Benefits

$50,000–$100,000+ annual earning potential

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
