We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fence Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining fences across a variety of residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help enhance property security, privacy, and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate fence installation.
- Measure and mark fence lines accurately, preparing the site for installation.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, assemble, and install fencing materials such as wood, vinyl, chain link, or ornamental metal.
- Perform heavy lifting of fencing materials and building supplies while maintaining proper safety protocols.
- Excavate post holes using manual or powered equipment; set posts securely in concrete or other foundation materials.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards including power tool safety procedures and site regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete fencing projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
Qualifications
- Prior construction experience, especially in carpentry or frame carpentry, is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with welding techniques and masonry work is a plus for specialized fencing projects.
- Experience with building material installation such as concrete forming and finishing enhances your versatility on site.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately.
- Comfortable working on construction sites with exposure to outdoor elements; physical stamina for heavy lifting is required.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance and hardscape installation is beneficial for integrated property projects.
- Strong commitment to safety practices including power tool safety protocols; valid certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
