We are looking for a Labor Foreman for a supervisory role for a large commercial construction site in Charlotte market. Someone with formal training and 4+ years of industry experience, this role requires one to: direct, supervise and troubleshoot routine issues that occur on the job site. In addition to ensuring that safety rules are always followed on the site and developing work schedules based on employees and job site demands. This job has potential to be a long term opportunity.
**Minimum Qualifications**
· Fluent speaking English, bilingual preferred
· 4+ years of Supervisory/Foreman experience in Commercial Construction
· Lull, Scissor Lift, small equipment certifications for large Commercial Construction project
· Ability to pass drug test and background check
· Valid Driver’s License and I9 documents
· Must be physically able to work in a construction environment for extensive periods to include lifting, up to 80lbs, bending, squatting, crouching, and reaching.
· Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

- Aerial Lift Certification
- Rough Terrain Forklift Certification
**Job Responsibilities**
- Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel
- Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members
- Training, managing and mentoring employees
- Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs
- Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures
- Developing and managing project needs and quality standards for all sites
- Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably
- Regularly reporting project status to supervisors
- Regular meetings and collaboration with GC's and other sub contractors
- Maintaining daily logs and workforce hours
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Work Schedule**
· Monday – Friday: 6:00am – 4:00pm
· Hours may change due to project demands
