Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting customers, scheduling services, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring every customer receives professional and timely service.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enjoys helping people, the ability to multitask effectively, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
- Scheduling appointments for residential customers
- Provide customers with service information, pricing, and scheduling details
- Maintain accurate customer records and service notes
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and satisfaction
- Resolve customer concerns with a professional and positive manner
- Support customer concerns in a professional and positive manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic computer and office software knowledge
- Experience in customer service, dispatching, or office administration preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
Preferred Skills
- Scheduling or dispatch experience
- Knowledge of grease trap, plumbing, or septic services is a plus
- Experience working with commercial customers or service industries
