KSG is hiring motivated Sales Representatives to join our mall kiosk teams selling telecommunications products and services. Working in either Polaris Mall or Mall at Tuttle Crossing. This role is ideal for energetic, customer-focused individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building rapport quickly, and closing sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage mall shoppers and introduce telecommunications products, plans, and promotions.
- Explain features, pricing, and benefits clearly to help customers choose the right solution.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Process new activations, and related sales accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kiosk appearance.
- Stay informed on current offers, product updates, and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Bring a high-energy attitude and be comfortable actively engaging with shoppers.
- Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and professional.
- Basic technology skills and the ability to learn product information quickly.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation will include hourly pay, commission, bonuses, or other performance-based incentives.
Schedule
This position follows mall operating hours and may include daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on business needs.
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
