WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Research and evaluate AI tools that can streamline legal workflows (document review, drafting, summarization, intake, and more).
- Help implement and test AI solutions across our day-to-day operations.
- Create simple guides and SOPs so the team can adopt new tools with confidence.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to identify pain points AI can solve.
- Stay ahead of trends in legal tech and bring fresh ideas to the table.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Current college student (any major welcome — bonus points for tech, law, business, or communications).
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn fast, work independently, and ask great questions.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for organizing information clearly.
- No prior law firm experience required — we'll teach you what you need to know.
BONUS IF YOU HAVE
- Familiarity with legal software (Clio, DocuSign, or similar).
- Experience building simple automations or workflows.
- A portfolio, project, or class work showcasing your tech curiosity.
