Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation systems, and thermostats
- Educate homeowners on system performance, repair needs, and maintenance recommendations
- Perform comprehensive whole-home HVAC safety inspections (60–90 minutes per visit)
- Identify and recommend upgrades or preventative improvements, including indoor air quality solutions, system enhancements, and maintenance agreements
- Prepare accurate estimates, invoices, and job documentation using ServiceTitan
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners through clear communication and professional recommendations
- Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training
Performance Expectations
- Complete 3–4 service calls per day
- Maintain a 70%+ conversion rate on recommended services
- Conduct thorough whole-home safety inspections on every visit
- Contribute to membership plan growth and customer retention
- Maintain a callback rate below 3% through quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Deliver consistent 5-star customer experiences
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners through professionalism and trust

Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC experience

EPA certification is a plus

Valid driver’s license
