Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care, including those requiring hospice care and long-term support. Your commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients will be paramount in this rewarding position.
Duties
- Provide personal care services, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
- Monitor and document patient health status, including vital signs and any changes in condition.
- Assist with mobility and heavy lifting as needed to ensure client safety.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Perform patient observation to detect any changes in behavior or condition that may require attention.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to implement care plans effectively.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with hospice care practices is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Strong skills in meal preparation and understanding of dietary restrictions.
- Certification in CPR is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to observe patients closely and report any significant changes promptly.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
