Restoration Crew Lead
Location: Burlington, WA
Pay: $24–$30/hour DOE + bonus opportunities
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site
SERVPRO of Skagit & Island Counties is seeking an experienced, hands-on Restoration Crew Lead to support our Burlington branch.
This role is designed for someone who already understands restoration work and is ready to take ownership of job sites, crews, and outcomes. If you’ve been the person others look to on the job and want a role where that leadership is recognized, this is it.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a small crew of technicians on fire, water, and mold restoration projects
- Plan and assign daily job tasks, including demolition, water extraction, structural drying, and remediation
- Assess damage and determine appropriate restoration methods and materials
- Oversee contents handling, including packing, cleaning, and secure storage
- Perform light construction work such as drywall, framing, and flooring as needed
- Maintain clean, safe, and compliant job sites
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customers, providing clear communication and reassurance
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage, including some nights and weekends
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding, field-based environments
- Proven leadership on job sites, whether formally titled or not
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of work
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years in restoration, construction, or a skilled trade
- Prior experience as a crew lead, foreman, or senior technician
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) or willingness to obtain
- Solid understanding of tools, safety practices, and restoration workflows
