Industrial Mill Maintenance is hiring ground crew members for our steel shipping crews at a Youngstown, OH pipe mill.

Job Description:
Job duties include preparing rail cars and trucks for transport, assist operator in loading and securing pipe.
- Climb up, down semi trucks or rail cars to secure loads of pipe for shipping
- Band steel pipe
- Strictly follow all Safety Rules and Regulations
- Arrive on time for shift and work as a part of a team
Qualifications :
- Experience with strict safety rules and regulations
- Physically fit with the ability to lift, push and pull 75 pounds minimum and climb 10-25 feet
- Proven dependability and good attendance with a steady employment history
- Must be able to pass an observed drug test and criminal background screening.
Schedule: We have positions available in bays and in the yard. the schedules are:
- Railcar bays - 6 am to 6 pm 4 days on 4 days off
- Railcar bays - 6 pm to 6 am 4 days on 4 days off
- Yard - shipping by truck - M-F, 7 am-3 pm, Sat and OT are mandatory when required
