Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour
Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week based on business needs and availability. Must be available for opening shifts beginning at 7:00 AM.

Position Summary
As our Front of House & Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first person our customers meet each day. You'll help create an exceptional customer experience while ensuring our store is prepared, organized, and operating smoothly.
This position requires someone who can work independently, stay organized, and take pride in making every customer's visit a great one.
Primary Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Welcome every customer with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Answer questions and recommend meals, smoothies, and healthy products.
- Process customer purchases accurately.
- Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries.
- Help customers understand online ordering, delivery, and Wellness Benefit Cards.
Opening Responsibilities (7:00 AM)
- Pack daily online pickup and delivery orders before the store opens.
- Prepare the store for opening.
- Stock meal coolers and retail displays.
- Prepare the smoothie station.
- Complete opening checklist.
Food Preparation
- Prepare breakfast sandwiches fresh to order.
- Make smoothies and café items.
- Maintain excellent food quality and presentation.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Store Operations
- Stock meals, beverages, supplements, and local products.
- Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store.
- Assist with inventory and restocking throughout the day.
Team Support
- Assist with packing catering orders when needed.
- Help support kitchen operations during slower periods.
- Occasionally assist with deliveries if needed.
Qualifications

Food service or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We can teach the technical skills—we're looking for someone with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift up to 40 pounds.
- Work in refrigerated areas when stocking products.
- Maintain a fast-paced work environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
