Peak West Renovations is looking for a highly skilled, dependable tradesman who can run residential reconstruction jobs from start to finish.
If you can walk into a job, read the scope, and execute clean, professional work across multiple trades—this is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Full residential rebuilds from insurance scopes
- Drywall, texture, paint, and finish work
- Flooring (LVP, laminate, tile transitions)
- Trim carpentry, doors, windows
- Light framing and structural repairs (non-engineered)
- Exterior repairs (siding, fascia, soffit, minor roofing)
- Punch lists and final quality completion
What We’re Looking For
- Strong multi-trade residential experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clean, high-quality finish work (this is critical)
- Ability to read scopes and execute efficiently
- Reliable transportation + basic tools
- Professional, accountable, solution-oriented mindset
- Restoration experience is a plus
