What You’ll Do
- Safely and efficiently deliver and pick up packages to local residents in Everett and Bellingham, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Operate company-assigned commercial vehicles (automatic StepVans, no CDL required) and use handheld devices for package scanning and tracking.
- Provide courteous, professional customer service, representing our team and the FedEx brand.
- Load and unload vehicles at our Burlington terminal, handling packages with care.
- Check shipments for compliance with FedEx service standards and perform related customer service tasks.
- Work independently on assigned routes, supported by our team to ensure success.
What We’re Looking For
- Motivated and Hard-Working: Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Driver’s License: Valid Class C driver’s license, clean driving record, and at least 21 years old.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and maneuver packages above 50 lbs with equipment or team assistance.
- Customer-Focused: Good verbal communication skills and neat appearance for customer interactions.
- Safety and Reliability: Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner, meeting qualifications outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Medical exam required per FMCSA regulations.
- Clean Background: Clean criminal background with no misdemeanors or felonies.
- Language Skills: Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with officials, and respond to inquiries per FMCSA guidance.
- Able to pass a drug test, including marijuana, thc..

Pay Transparency
Pay range: $21.50–$27.00/hour. Actual starting pay determined by experience, market conditions in Burlington, Everett, and job-related factors permitted by law. Eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential.
