About Bridging Differences ABA:
Our goal is to provide empirically based therapeutic services to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD); including communication, social, emotional, developmental, and functional needs. We aim to support the child’s family in meeting these needs and help bridge individual neurodevelopmental differences to create positive outcomes.
About the Position: Registered Behavior Technician/Board Certified Autism Technician
Bridging Differences ABA is looking for reliable, professional, fun, and energetic individuals who share our passion of serving and helping families.
- 1:1 empirically-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) in-home services for children or adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Part time, up to 15 hours
What You'll Do:
- Provide 1:1 ABA services to clients in their homes
- Follow individualized treatment plans written by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Behavior Specialist
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds; sit or stand for longer periods of time
- Collect data in real time for each program goal
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans as written by the clinical management team
- Adapt quickly to new behaviors and collect ABC data
- Communicate professionally with clients, parents, guardians, and colleagues
- Abide by the RBT Ethics Code
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working for an ABA provider
- Successful initial and ongoing background checks
- RBT/BCAT certification required
- Valid Driver's License + Car Insurance
- Physical Health Screening
- Vaccination Verification
- Reliable Transportation
Pay Scale:
- $21- $27/ hour (DOE) Certified RBT/BCAT
- $20 / hour for Uncertified RBT/BCAT

Not all of our kiddos display aggressive behaviors, but we like to point out that there is a potential for working with aggressive individuals
There will always be someone over the age of 18 in the home
There are behavior intervention plans in place to direct you on what to do in such situations.

- Are you able to sit on the floor or in small children's chairs for long periods of time? Are you able to stand for long periods of time?
- Do you meet the requirements of this position listed in this job? (a few deal brakers: active driver's license & auto insurance, High School Diploma or GED, physical health screening, background check with finger printing) These are required during onboarding before your start date.
- How do you feel about bodily fluids getting on you?
Some of our clients drool, some are potty training, boogers during cold season or other times of year. You never know what might occur (vomit etc).
- Are you aware this is a part-time position? (12-15 +/ - Hours per week)
Work Location: On the road
