Description:
- Perform electronic banking functions, including setup, configuration, maintenance, and customer support of online banking products, i.e. NetTeller, Bill Pay, Cash Management, Mobile Deposit, etc.

Monitor and research fraud alerts.

Perform a variety of computer operation duties by conducting specific system checks, evaluating problems, and proposing and implementing solutions.

Process incoming and outgoing ACH files, and support Cash Management customers.

Assist in processing of third-party business payments.

Perform transaction proof duties to ensure the processing of items by the end of the day.

Perform a variety of bank statement and notice-related duties, as well as sorting and processing mail.

Constructively interact with co-workers.
HOURS will average approximately 40 per week. This position is budgeted for 2,080 hours per year.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.

Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn position-related software, including AS/400 system.

Ability to effectively use general office equipment.

Electronic banking and computer hardware experience.

Associate degree or equivalent educational experience. (preferred)

Familiarity with Online and Mobile Banking applications, a plus.
