Job Overview
Main Street Meats is hiring for the upcoming summer season! We are a fast-paced counter-service BBQ restaurant looking to fill multiple positions, including:
• Front of House (counter service & customer interaction)
• Kitchen Staff (food prep & line work)
• Dishwashing / Kitchen Support
Unlike traditional restaurants, we operate with counter service rather than table service, meaning our team works together to provide quick, friendly service and high-quality BBQ in a casual environment.
This is a seasonal position running from late April through Columbus Day weekend.

Schedule
• Opening weekend: Last weekend of April
• Open Friday–Sunday throughout the summer
• Additional shifts may be available on select Mondays and Thursdays
Typical shifts include:
• Late morning – early afternoon
• Mid-afternoon – evening
Weekend availability is required.

Pay
• $13–$16 per hour, depending on position and experience
• Performance-based raises available for exceptional employees

Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary depending on the role but may include:
• Taking customer orders at the counter
• Preparing and assembling food
• Maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
• Washing dishes and assisting with kitchen support
• Working efficiently in a team environment
• Providing friendly customer service
