Prepare, cook, assemble, and package food according to Chick-fil-A's quality and food safety standards.

Learn and work multiple kitchen stations, including breading, fries, primary, secondary, food preparation, and assembly.

Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy meal periods.

Stock ingredients and supplies throughout your shift.

Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe at all times.

Follow recipes, procedures, and quality standards.

Safely operate kitchen equipment and report maintenance concerns to leadership.

Complete opening or closing responsibilities as assigned.

Participate in ongoing training and development.

Previous experience in a restaurant, kitchen, food service, warehouse, retail, or manufacturing environment is helpful, but not required. We welcome applicants who are ready to learn and work hard.
