Responsibilities
- Payroll for multi company environment
- Accounts Receiveable,
- Accounts Payable
- Microsoft Office with experience in Excel
- Quickbooks Desktop Experience with a POS system preferably in the Medical Industry
- Abilty to prioritize and good time management skills
- Qualifications
- Payroll experience is a must.
- Proven experience with QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including debits & credits.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or non-profit setting is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
