Key Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains detailed project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of key milestones and deadlines

Manages day-to-day project activities, including status tracking, meeting coordination, and documentation

Proactively identifies risks and roadblocks, escalating issues and proposing solutions to keep projects on track

Partners with internal teams and external vendors to manage project scope, resources, and deliverables

Facilitates internal meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on action items

Supports post-project evaluations to identify learnings and opportunities for process improvement
Operations
- Utilizes project management tools and systems to track progress, manage documentation, and report on project health

Contributes to the development and refinement of project management best practices and SOPs

Collaborates PM leadership and account teams to support resource planning

Bachelor’s Degree required; or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience

2+ years of experience in project management at a life sciences agency; market access agency experience is preferred but not a requirement

Working understanding of agency process (including both digital and print resources), job-tracking systems and/or Project Management software (i.e., Smartsheet, WorkFront, etc.), and best practices; direct experience with Wrike platform is preferred but not a requirement

Proven ability to solve complex problems, manage conflict resolution, and collaborate with others

Launch experience is preferred
