Our Ice Cream Scoopers help to keep the day-to-day operation running efficiently and effectively to serve our guests. They work well with their peers and other staff to the assist guests the Handel’s way, upholding Handel’s standards. Store associates are responsible for maintaining a clean workspace, completing daily tasks, working as a team or alone to complete any ice cream order, as well as stocking and rotating product. They take direction from their shift leads. They are required to describe any ice cream flavors available when asked by a guest. They also take and ring in orders, process payments, and ensure overall guest satisfaction. This core role demands self-accountability, motivation and the ability to work under pressure, take initiative as well as a maintaining a positive attitude during each and every shift. There is plenty of growth opportunity outside of just this position like becoming a shift lead or supervisor.

Essential Functions:

- Complete knowledge of the menu and descriptions of each ice cream flavor.
- Ability to sell/upsell menu items or learn how to
- Able to use/learn P.O.S system.
- Always strive to exceed our guest’s expectations.
- Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
- Report directly to Shift Leader and Store Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
