AWS/CES is Now Hiring: Technical Writer
Location: Anna, OH
Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Pay: $21.50–$22.50/hour
We are looking for a Technical Writer to support a manufacturing facility in Anna, OH. This position is responsible for creating and updating work instructions and operational documentation while working closely with production teams.
- Create, update, and maintain manufacturing work instructions and operational standards.
- Work with production teams to ensure documentation is accurate and current.
- Support process improvements and standardization efforts.
- Assist with daily production activities as needed.
- Communicate with production and management to ensure documentation meets operational needs.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures.
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment.
- Experience creating work instructions, SOPs, or other manufacturing documentation preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus; must be fluent in English.
- Flexible to work in different areas of the facility as needed.
