We’re looking for a Marketing & Client Relations Coordinator — the quarterback of the customer experience — who thrives on connection, organization, and creativity.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in how people experience Geske Home Improvement from the moment they call or walk in the door. This position combines customer service, office administration, and marketing support in a professional, fast-paced, and family-friendly environment.

What You’ll Do
Customer & Office Management
- Be the first voice and face of Geske Home Improvement — answer phones, greet customers, and set the tone for a 5-star experience.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between customers, sales, and installation teams.
- Support the Office Manager and ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and organized office environment that reflects our company values.
Administrative Support
- Assist with scheduling, filing, and document organization.
- Manage office supplies, mail, and digital records.
- Help prepare job files, permits, and paperwork as needed.
- Keep communication flowing between departments and help the team stay on track.
Marketing & Brand Support
- Support marketing initiatives such as social media posts, email campaigns, community promotions, and direct mailers.
- Use AI and other creative tools to help generate engaging posts and marketing ideas.
- Assist in maintaining online listings, collecting customer reviews, and building local brand awareness.
- Contribute ideas that strengthen our community presence and customer engagement.
- Aid in managing third party support in our marketing efforts
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine people-person — friendly, confident, and caring.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace tools.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn marketing basics (social media, branding, light content creation).
- Previous administrative, customer service, or marketing experience is a plus — but not required.
- Full-time availability during standard business hours.
