Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and hands-on Multimedia Content Producer with Marketing background to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This role will focus on producing a wide variety of video content to showcase our innovative products, tell our brand story, and support customer engagement.
The ideal candidate is multifaceted - part storyteller, part technician, part marketer — with the ability to write script, shoot, edit, and deliver compelling video content that supports both marketing and product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and edit high-quality videos including product demos, customer stories, training content, promotional campaigns, and corporate communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, product, and sales) to understand goals and translate them into compelling visual content.
- Manage the video production process end-to-end: storyboarding, filming, lighting, audio, editing, post-production, and publishing.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates effectively to target audiences.
- Own and manage the video production calendar to support ongoing launches and marketing campaigns.
- Experiment with new formats and creative approaches to improve engagement.
- Stay current with video trends, production tools, and best practices to continuously improve quality and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in video production (3–5+ years preferred), with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical ability.
- Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong skills in shooting (cameras, lighting, audio) and post-production workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong sense of storytelling and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media content optimization is a plus.
Compensation & Work Environment
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000 per year
