About the Company
Elgin Die Mold is a world class manufacturer with deep roots in automotive manufacturing, known for precision injection molding, complex assemblies, operational discipline, and zero defect manufacturing systems.
Several years ago, ownership acquired Trident Manufacturing, a medical device contract manufacturer specializing in Class I and Class II devices. By applying the low cost, high discipline, zero defect methodologies of automotive manufacturing into the medical device space, Trident quickly became a trusted supplier to major medical OEMs.
As Trident grew, customers repeatedly asked if they could also source molded components and subassemblies directly from Elgin Die Mold. Today, multiple large medical OEMs have added Elgin Die Mold into their supply chain.
Elgin Die Mold has now achieved ISO 13485 certification and is aggressively expanding its medical device presence.
This role exists to help accelerate that growth.
