- Valid Security Guard License/Blue Card (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Must be dependable and punctual
Experience
- Proven experience in security roles, preferably with armed security or law enforcement backgrounds
- Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV operation and loss prevention techniques
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable
- Familiarity with conflict management strategies and emergency response procedures
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while making quick decisions
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members, visitors, and emergency responders
