- Meet hiring and onboarding goals through proactive sourcing and outreach efforts
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective drivers through networking, referrals, and community engagement
- Represent the company at job fairs, recruiting events, and local community functions
- Promote driving opportunities and increase awareness of career opportunities within the market
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation programs for Independent Contractors (ICs)
- Guide candidates through application requirements, onboarding steps, compliance processes, and vehicle readiness
- Deliver a smooth, efficient, and welcoming onboarding experience
- Provide support and resources to help new drivers get started successfully
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with active drivers
- Support driver satisfaction by providing ongoing communication and assistance
- Address concerns and connect drivers with appropriate resources and support teams
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement engagement and retention initiatives
- Promote a positive driver culture through consistent relationship-building efforts
- Maintain accurate records related to recruiting, onboarding, and retention activities
- Track hiring metrics, onboarding completion, and retention performance
- Provide recruiting updates and insights to leadership
- Assist with workforce planning and other operational initiatives as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive driver experience
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, talent acquisition, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
