- Provide professional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing
- Specialize or continue developing skills in modern, in-demand services such as balayage, lived-in color, blonding, extensions, and precision cutting
- Deliver exceptional client experience and customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of your workstation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage personal bookings and schedule professionally
- Represent The Beauty Parlor brand with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology License
- Minimum 5+ years behind the chair preferred
- Strong technical skills and willingness to continue growing
