At College of the Mainland (COM), education changes lives and creates opportunity. The Continuing Education (CE) Enrollment Coach plays a key role in helping individuals take that first step toward a new career, a new credential or a new future. Through personalized guidance, encouragement and clear information, the coach helps prospective students move confidently from interest to exploration to registration.
In this role, the CE Enrollment Coach serves as the primary point of contact for individuals exploring continuing education and workforce training programs. The coach supports students from first connection through registration and the start of class, helping them identify the right program based on their career and educational goals.
While this position is focused on noncredit and workforce programs, the Enrollment Coach works closely with credit enrollment coaches to ensure students understand the full range of opportunities at the College and can transition smoothly between noncredit and credit pathways when appropriate. This role is central to creating a welcoming, supportive and coordinated enrollment experience for every student.
