Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $17.50 per hour + incentive comp
- Monday–Friday schedule (No weekends)
- Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual after 60-day probation period

Responsibilities
- Put away inventory when delivered
- Sort and stack battery cores each morning from the day before
- Process warranty batteries
- Refurbish used batteries
- Keep warehouse clean and orderly
- Assist with phone calls/walk-in customers
- Assist with battery deliveries when necessary
- Assist with battery installations
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday (batteries are heavy!).
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Clean-cut, professional appearance.
- Friendly, respectful communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Previous warehouse/forklift is preferred but not required.
- NO DRAMA ALLOWED!!!
