We are seeking a well-rounded Cabinet & Remodeling Technician with hands-on construction experience. This role involves working on a variety of residential kitchen remodeling projects, including cabinet installation, finishing work, and light general construction.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Install new cabinets (semi-custom and custom)
- Cabinet refacing (installing doors, drawer fronts, and veneers)
- Cabinet painting prep and finish work (masking, sanding, spraying, brushing/rolling)
- Perform light framing as needed (soffit removal, wall modifications, etc.)
- Hang, finish, and texture drywall (when required)
- Install LVP flooring
- Install tile backsplashes
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners
- Follow company processes and quality standards

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
