Job description:
Opportunity to come join a well established home care agency in Baltimore. Our agency has been around for 15 years and we are now doubling down on our sales support in Baltimore County. We have come to learn that there are so many opportunities in the Baltimore area that we need more sales resource power to go after potential new business that 1 devoted sales person can't cover by themselves.
Responsible for generating private duty home care business for Baltimore County territory and consistently increasing sales. Calls on: hospitals, rehabs, independent senior living communities, assisted living and LTC facilities. Also calls on physicians, attorneys, financial planners and eldercare facilities in order to generate sales for Private Duty care. Meets with clients and their families, develops trust and closes sales.
- We are looking for someone to hunt down new relationships and help us create new relationships!
- If you prefer taking care of accounts that are already established -- please do not apply...this person is creating new relationships and can't be afraid of rejection.
- Develops new and ongoing relationships calling on healthcare facilities, physicians, attorneys, financial planners, hospitals, clinics and eldercare facilities in order to generate Private Duty sales.
- Understands our service lines and educates referral sources on our differentiators and the referral process.
- Takes prospect/referral calls and manages the sales process.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Experience:
- sales experience in healthcare: 2 years (Required)
