Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Solar Appointment Setters. In this role, you will educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and schedule qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants. This is a fast-paced, high-energy sales position with strong earning potential and opportunities for advancement.
No solar experience is required — we provide training for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
- Generate interest in solar energy solutions
- Set qualified appointments for Solar Consultants
- Track leads and appointments accurately
- Represent the company professionally in the field
- Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be coachable and dependable
