Crush Swimwear is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Production Assistant to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level fashion student or someone interested in hands-on garment production, swimwear, embellishment, and quality control.
This role will assist our production manager with daily production tasks, including hand sewing, rhinestone application, appliqué application, quality checking, and shipping support.
We are looking for someone who is careful, organized, and able to work with delicate garments and small details. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong eye for detail and a good work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Assist with hand sewing and light garment finishing
- Apply rhinestones, appliqués, and embellishments to swimwear
- Help inspect pieces for quality, missing stones, loose threads, or production issues
- Assist with organizing production orders and inventory
- Help with shipping, packing, and order preparation as needed
- Support the production manager with daily tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow instructions carefully and complete work with consistency
Qualifications
- Interest in fashion, swimwear, garment production, or design
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable working with small details, delicate fabrics, and embellishments
- Basic hand sewing experience preferred
- Rhinestone, appliqué, costume, bridal, or alterations experience is a plus
- Must be able to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale
- Fashion students are encouraged to apply

- 20–30 hours per week
