We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightclub environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and answering questions about menu items.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of bar areas for events, including banquets and catering services.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during food service operations.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices within the food industry.
- Experience in brewing or specialty cocktails is advantageous.
