The American Autism & Rehabilitation Center (AARC) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Daphne, Alabama. This position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities within a collaborative outpatient pediatric setting.
At AARC, you'll work alongside experienced Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and ABA professionals to provide comprehensive, family-centered care to infants, toddlers, children, adolescents, and young adults. Our team treats a wide range of developmental, neurological, communication, feeding, and sensory challenges, with a large portion of our caseload including Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, genetic syndromes, feeding and swallowing disorders, and other complex pediatric diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Current Alabama Speech-Language Pathology license

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eager to learn CFY

AAC experience (preferred)

Pediatric experience preferred (2+ years preferred)

Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges preferred
