Role Overview
We're looking for a QA Engineer to join one of our largest clients, supporting mobile app testing across iOS and Android platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated regression test cases for iOS and Android mobile applications
- Maintain and extend the existing Appium automation framework (WebDriver.io + Gherkin)
- Write and update test cases aligned with new features and UI/UX changes
- Test hardware integrations (PCD devices, TT locks) within Mamava location spaces
- Support database lookups and Google Analytics/Firebase validation for QA purposes
- Contribute to QA documentation and forward-looking test planning
Skills and qualifications
Required
- Experience in mobile QA testing (iOS & Android)
- Familiarity with Appium, WebDriver.io, Gherkin
- Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
- Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
Preferred:
- Experience with device farms (e.g., Kobiton)
- Familiarity with Firebase/Google Analytics
- IoT or hardware-integrated app testing experience
Assets needed:
- Mac computer (required for iOS automation)
- iOS and Android devices for testing
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
