Schedule: 4-8 hr days with 0.5 hour lunch, between normal working hours Monday – Friday, | No weekends, evenings, or major holidays.

About the Role: We are seeking highly motivated Audiologists to join our expanding nationwide team, providing exceptional clinical hearing services to ENT practices and hospital systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence telehealth workflows, drive quality control, and advance your career within a stable, highly respected healthcare leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct real-time, comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations including Video Otoscopy, Impedance (Tympanometry, Reflexes, Decay), DPOAEs, AC/BC Pure-tones, and Speech Audiometry.
- Efficiently write succinct, accurate clinical reports using AIB’s proprietary software.
- Partner seamlessly with in-office medical extenders and internal teams to ensure fluid patient workflows.
- Additional opportunities for work, with their own respective responsibilities, may be available outside of scheduled testing hours.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical audiology experience with high clinical competence.
- Proficiency with remote desktop connections, video conferencing software, and electronic medical reporting.
- A dedicated, private, and secure remote workspace with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, a self-motivated mindset, and a deep commitment to clinical excellence.
