⭐ Hotel Maintenance Technician – SureStay Plus by Best Western Billings
We are looking for a dependable, hands‑on Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team at the SureStay Plus by Best Western Billings. This position is responsible for keeping our property safe, clean, and in good working order for our guests and staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic repairs: plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and general upkeep
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists
- Respond to guest maintenance requests in a friendly, timely manner
- Maintain the pool and hot tub (testing chemicals, monitoring equipment)
- Keep mechanical rooms, storage areas, and tools organized
- Assist with snow removal, groundskeeping, and seasonal tasks
- Ensure safety standards and brand requirements are met
Requirements
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred, not required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Positive attitude and willingness to help guests and staff
