As an AI Solutions Consultant, you’re the trusted advisor customers turn to when they want to get more out of ChurnZero. You uncover where customers are looking to solve new challenges, show them how our solutions — led by our AI products and spanning the wider portfolio — can solve them, and build the recommendation that gets them there. You work closely with our Customer Success Managers, who own the relationship and close the deal, so your focus remains on diagnosis, fit, and presenting a compelling case for value.
