Position Purpose:
Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging environment for children with behavioral challenges while promoting positive social interaction, participation, and personal growth through recreational and therapeutic activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate organized group activities for residents

Build positive, supportive relationships with residents

Assist with coordinating and implementing the resident incentives program

Accurately document and chart group activities and resident participation

Support the Activities Director with daily programming and special events

Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising resident outings

Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and preparedness during all scheduled activities
-
Provide activity coverage during weekends and evenings as needed

Cover staff breaks and lunches when required
Requirements:

Must be age 21

High school diploma / GED
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Clean driving history
