As a Home Care Aide, you will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in a supportive and respectful environment.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance and help with transferring clients safely.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation and improve quality of life.
- Follow care plans and respect client confidentiality at all times.
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Pontiac, MI.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
- Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00 paid twice a month.
